Website terms
Terms of use
Important limits for directory information, planning estimates, availability, and bookings.
Draft for legal review.
Estimates
The website estimate is based on the details you enter about the home. We confirm your price before we start and never change it partway through. An estimate is not a confirmed appointment.
Bookings
A request becomes a booking once we confirm the day and time with you.
Address suggestions
Address suggestions use Google Maps and are subject to the Google Maps Additional Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy. Please check the selected address and include any apartment or unit number.
Text messages
If you choose the text-message option, we may text you about your request and send occasional offers. Audience AI sends these messages for Mop & Bucket. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.
