What does recurring house cleaning cost per visit?
It depends on the size of the home, the cleaning level, how often we come and your area. We price each visit from how long a home like yours takes at your ZIP's rate, then take off the recurring discount. The estimator shows the per-visit price in about a minute.
Will my recurring price change once you've seen the house?
On the first visit we look over the home to confirm the quote, and after that we keep to the confirmed price for the whole clean. Mention pets, extra rooms or anything unusual in the notes up front.We confirm your price before we start and never change it partway through. 99% of online quotes don't change.
Should I start with a deep clean before recurring visits?
If the house hasn't had a thorough clean in a while, a first Deep clean brings it to a level that regular visits can hold. If it's already in decent shape, start straight on the schedule. Pick the level for the first visit in the estimator and compare the two prices.
How much do I save with weekly or every-two-weeks cleaning?
Weekly visits come to 20% less per visit than a one-time clean. Every two weeks saves 15%, and a monthly visit saves 10%. The estimator shows the per-visit price for each.
What if I have pets?
Tell us about them in the notes: how many, whether they'll be home, and any door they shouldn't slip out of. Vacuuming up pet hair is part of an ordinary recurring clean, and we'll go over anything else when we contact you to schedule.
