How the national site handles location searches, quote requests, consent, and delivery to locally operated divisions.

Location finder
Browser location is requested only after an explicit click, used in the browser to calculate nearby cleaning partners, and not intentionally transmitted or stored by the finder.
Quote requests
Quote information may include contact details, service address, property information, access notes, pets, scheduling preferences, and consent records. FormSteps receives the request and may route it to the local cleaning company assigned to quote or fulfill the service.
Address suggestions
When address suggestions are available, the address text you type and home ZIP code are sent to Google Maps to find and check suggestions. Google also receives standard browser request information. This lookup does not send your name, email, phone, or cleaning details. You can enter an address manually without choosing a suggestion. Google's handling of this information is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
Progress capture
The quote form saves incomplete answers after a visitor begins using it so the request can be recovered if the final submit is not completed. A partial draft is not a submitted request and does not grant text-message permission.
Text messages
Text-message permission is optional and is not required to request or purchase service. When selected, the exact disclosure, timestamp, phone number, form version, and collection surface are retained as evidence. Reply STOP to opt out.
